Yes. Open the Strategies panel → 'Build your own' → + Add rule, choose a direction, and add a RSI(14) condition. Pick your logic (AND/OR), set a confidence, then Save & Reboot. Your rule then votes through the exact same consensus + risk pipeline as the built-ins.
