New 'Build your own' mode — how do I make an RSI + VWAP rule?

Love the new Strategies panel. How do I build a custom rule?

Open the Strategies panel → pick 'Build your own' → + Add rule. Set direction Long, then add two conditions: (1) RSI(14) is below 30, and (2) price is above VWAP. Set logic to AND and a confidence. Save & Reboot. The bot evaluates your rule every cycle and it votes through the same consensus + risk controls as the built-ins.

Pairing RSI oversold with price-over-VWAP has been clean for me on liquid names.
