Why does the dashboard say "BOT NOT RUNNING"?

The website portal shows a red BOT NOT RUNNING banner.

That banner means the website hasn't received fresh data from that bot in over 90 seconds — usually the bot process is stopped or not pushing. Relaunch the bot's .bat, and make sure remote-sync (the ingest URL + token) is set in Settings. Once it checks in, the banner clears on its own within a minute.
