Built By Traders. For Traders.

WildcatQC exists because the bots on the market either cost a fortune, hide your edge behind a black box, or break the moment they hit real markets. We built the one we wished we'd had.

The Problem

Retail algorithmic trading is a minefield. The free bots on GitHub are usually toy backtests with no exit logic. The paid platforms lock the good strategies behind opaque higher tiers, take a cut of your wins, and break when the Alpaca API hiccups.

Real trading software needs watchdogs, auto-restart, spread gates, position-side awareness, fill confirmation polling, and a dashboard that doesn't lie about stale positions. Most retail bots have zero of those. WildcatQC has all of them.

What WildcatQC Is

WildcatQC is a production-grade, AI-supervised trading platform you run on your own machine against your own brokerage account. It's a fully licensed, supported product — install it, plug in your keys, and trade. Updates and fixes are included for as long as you're subscribed.

  • 37 trading strategies covering momentum, trend, mean reversion, breakouts, volume, and divergence reads.
  • AI Director module that calls out to Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Grok, or a local LLM every 15 minutes to supervise the system.
  • Options Mirror that fires an ATM options leg on every stock entry — calls for longs, puts for shorts.
  • Multi-bot architecture: a day-trade bot and a standalone WTI/ERX bot — each with its own dashboard and lifecycle.
  • Built-in local dashboard on your machine, plus a web dashboard on our site (with the AI Director) to monitor the bot and close positions from any device.
  • Watchdog + auto-restart so the bot survives flaky APIs, frozen threads, and weird overnight conditions.

Who It's For

WildcatQC is for traders who already understand market mechanics but don't want to spend the next six months wiring up Alpaca, building dashboards, and debugging websockets. It's for developers who want to bolt their own AI to a working trading system instead of rebuilding the plumbing. It's for small funds and family offices that need a dependable in-house bot without building it from scratch.

It's not for absolute beginners. You should be comfortable editing a config file, reading a log, and understanding what "consensus = 2 of 21 strategies" means. If that's foreign, paper-trade first and ask us anything.

Our Principles

Compiled & Ready to Run

Ships as a single compiled executable — no installs, no setup, no tinkering. Download it, plug in your keys, and go.

Bring Your Own AI

Use the LLM key you already have. Switch providers anytime. Run it locally if you want full privacy.

Own the Bot Outright

The DayTrader bot is a one-time $599 purchase — it's yours, no recurring fee. Add the AI Director for $59/month when you want it steering the wheel — that also includes a web dashboard on our site so you can log in from any device to monitor the bot and close positions. No per-trade fees, no revenue share — keep your wins.

Audit Trail First

Every order, fill, and P&L pairing is logged to local SQLite and optionally mirrored to your own MySQL.

The Tech Stack

Under the hood it's a battle-tested engine wired straight into the Alpaca trading API — but it ships as a single compiled Windows executable. There's nothing to install and no code to manage: download it, plug in your keys, and run it.

AI integration speaks plain HTTP/JSON, so the AI Director works with whatever model you point it at — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or a local model.

Monitoring: a built-in local dashboard, plus — with the AI Director — a web dashboard on our site you can log in to from any device to watch the bot and close positions.

Hardware: any always-on Windows PC with an internet connection. A modest mini-PC is plenty.

What's Included

  • The bot as a ready-to-run compiled Windows executable — trading engine, options mirror, and AI Director built in. No install, no source to manage.
  • A built-in local dashboard plus a live settings panel for tuning on the fly.
  • With the AI Director: a web dashboard on our site to monitor your bot and close positions from any device.
  • Simple settings with sane defaults — adjust behavior anytime, no code required.
  • Setup guide for paper and live accounts.
  • One license per bot, registered to a single computer. Switching machines? Just email us and we'll move your license over.
  • Email support for the first year, plus 12 months of updates.

Your Broker

Out of the box, the bot trades through Alpaca. Prefer a different broker? We'll customize the bot to fit your broker for a one-time $399.00 — just reach out and tell us what you use.
